The Conscious Government Framework helps public organizations improve workplace culture, strengthen communication, and align people, purpose, and process. By focusing on conscious leadership, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness, governments can build trust, improve morale, and better serve their communities. Drawing on nearly 30 years of local government experience and a Master's degree in Consciousness, Psychology, and Transformation with a specialization in Transformational Leadership, I help organizations create healthier workplaces, stronger teams, and more effective public service. Services are available throughout Suffolk and Nassau Counties on Long Island.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be scheduled in advance and paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. If you need to change your appointment time, I understand that life happens. One reschedule is permitted, including requests made up to 24 hours before your scheduled session, provided notice is given before the session start time. Appointments missed without notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Session packages are non-refundable. Any unused sessions must be scheduled within the package period or as otherwise agreed upon.
