Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be scheduled in advance and paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. If you need to change your appointment time, I understand that life happens. One reschedule is permitted, including requests made up to 24 hours before your scheduled session, provided notice is given before the session start time. Appointments missed without notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Session packages are non-refundable. Any unused sessions must be scheduled within the package period or as otherwise agreed upon.
